Went to sketch at both Chinatown and Plaza Singapura Starbucks

Just working on more realistic drawings from photo reference, flower_child_iii_by_cookiii_s-d47p57h. Hopefully can position the facial features and get the face shapes right with more practice. Just a wip....still have yet to add in props.

Did a b/w digi paint of Amanda Seyfried... trying to brush up on capturing the likeness of people and level up my caricature/portrait skills

The hair really needs a lot more practice... as with the refining of the rest...

Still got a lot of practice to do to catch up to those pro caricaturists...need to figure out what features to stretch and emphasize in order to capture that person's essence

Aipom fan

Did a caricature of my friend Deb and her aipom

Not sure how to add smile lines and cheekbones and yet not make her look too old.
Probably will try doing that in colour using tones to shape out the face.

Re-watching Old Animations

Been re-watching old animation classics like Thumbelina, The Nutcracker Prince, The Princess and the Gobelin, as well as Quest for Camelot.


Did a fanart of those two from Quest of Camelot, really loved them together...wished there were more of them...

I think caricature has affected my head to body proportions :/ Been drawing figures with head much larger than the body. Referenced from a couple photo and changed it slightly.

Will be going to school soon and practising life drawing so I should the proportions right with more practise :)

Doing caricatures of friends and their pokemon. So far this is one...

So used to just lines cus of caricature on the spot jobs but well, I've got to learn how to add colour and someday I hope to be half as good as jit, a really awesome local caricaturist >.<
